Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., established in March 2002, is the biggest manufacturer specializing in  ERW square&rectangular tube/pipe, hollow section structure pipe, galvanized pipe and spiral welding pipe in China. Annual output reaches 5 million tons.Yuantai Derun has 59 production lines of black ERW pipe, 10 production lines of galvanized pipe and 3 production lines of spiral welding pipe. Square pipe from 20*20*1mm to 500*500*40mm, rectangular pipe from 20*30*1.2mm to 400*600*40mm,  welded pipe from 2”—60” can be manufactured. Yuantai Derun can manufacture square rectangular pipes as per the standards of ASTM A500, JIS G3466, EN10219, DIN2240, BS1387, AS1163.

H-beam hot rolling production method:

1. Material preparation: First, select suitable raw materials, usually steel billets or steel plates, to ensure that they meet standardized requirements.

2. Preheating and pretreatment: The steel billet or steel plate is preheated to improve its plasticity and workability. Then carry out surface treatment, such as rust removal, oil removal, etc., to ensure that the material surface is clean.

3. Hot rolling processing: The pretreated steel billet or steel plate is processed through a hot rolling mill, and after multiple passes of rolling, the cross-sectional shape of H Beam is finally formed. During the hot rolling process, the steel is heated, deformed, and cooled to ensure the ideal structure and dimensions.

4. Cooling and shaping: The hot-rolled H-shaped steel is cooled through cooling and shaping equipment to stabilize the structure and ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

5. Cutting and Finishing: Finally, the H-shaped steel is cut and finished as needed to meet the customer's specific requirements and specifications.
