Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., established in March 2002, is the biggest manufacturer specializing in  ERW square&rectangular tube/pipe, hollow section structure pipe, galvanized pipe and spiral welding pipe in China. Annual output reaches 5 million tons.Yuantai Derun has 59 production lines of black ERW pipe, 10 production lines of galvanized pipe and 3 production lines of spiral welding pipe. Square pipe from 20*20*1mm to 500*500*40mm, rectangular pipe from 20*30*1.2mm to 400*600*40mm,  welded pipe from 2”—60” can be manufactured. Yuantai Derun can manufacture square rectangular pipes as per the standards of ASTM A500, JIS G3466, EN10219, DIN2240, BS1387, AS1163.

Foundation pit excavation

1. After the steel sheet pile construction is completed, use an excavator to excavate the foundation pit.

2. When the foundation pit is excavated to about 1 meter, support the steel sheet piles with steel purlins.

3. The steel sheet pile purlin support uses full-length H-shaped channel steel, and steel pipes are used as internal transverse supports to be welded firmly with the H-shaped channel steel purlin.

4. After confirming that the purlin support is firm, continue excavation of the foundation pit until the designed excavation bottom.

5. After confirming that the steel sheet pile support of the foundation pit is stable and firm, manually excavate and level the bottom of the foundation pit.

6. During foundation pit excavation, precipitation, sheet pile and rafter displacements, etc. must be observed and tested regularly, and records must be kept.

7. After excavation of the foundation pit, it is generally not advisable to stack heavy objects on the edge of the pit. If heavy objects must be stacked, they should not exceed the design load of the steel sheet piles.

8. Before the excavation of the foundation pit, the working area should be demarcated at the construction site and safety signs should be set up.

9. It is strictly forbidden to use broken, damaged, twisted, deformed, and corroded steel as supporting materials.

10. Supplement other safety precautions according to the specific conditions on-site.

General requirements

1. The location of the steel sheet piles must meet the design requirements to facilitate earthwork construction of the trench foundation, that is, there is room for formwork support and removal outside the protruding edges of the foundation.

2. The support plane layout shape of the foundation pit trench steel sheet piles should be as straight and neat as possible, and irregular corners should be avoided to facilitate the use and support set of standard steel sheet piles. The surrounding dimensions should be combined with the board module as much as possible.

3. During the entire foundation construction period, during construction operations such as excavation, hoisting, reinforcing steel bars, and concrete pouring, it is strictly prohibited to collide with supports, arbitrarily dismantle supports, arbitrarily cut or weld on supports, and heavy equipment should not be placed on supports.
