Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd., established in March 2002, is the biggest manufacturer specializing in  ERW square&rectangular tube/pipe, hollow section structure pipe, galvanized pipe and spiral welding pipe in China. Annual output reaches 5 million tons.Yuantai Derun has 59 production lines of black ERW pipe, 10 production lines of galvanized pipe and 3 production lines of spiral welding pipe. Device Selection

The Z type steel sheet pile is sunk by a vibratory pile driver, so the construction speed is fast and the pile pulling effect is better. Compared with the impact pile driver, the construction noise is small, the pile top is not easily damaged, the operation is simple, and there is no smoke generated by diesel or steam hammer construction. The principle of the vibratory pile driver is to transmit the vertical vibration generated by the machine to the pile body, reduce the resistance around the Z type steel sheet pile, and facilitate the penetration of the sheet pile.

Construction process

The Z type steel sheet piles are driven by the vibratory piling method, and the piles are pulled out by a 50-ton crawler crane with a vibratory hammer. The construction steps of Z type steel sheet piles are in order: set guide pile frame→clean up Z type steel sheet pile→insert and drive Z type steel sheet pile→set inner support→plug leak→suction mud→harden base→construction of cap and pier body→remove Z type steel sheet pile.

Insert and drive Z type steel sheet piles. Fix the temporary guide frame on the drilling platform, and place the pile hammer under stable conditions. Insert the stakes until they are all closed, and then drive to the elevation in sections and in stages. The sequence of pile insertion starts from the middle of the upstream and is symmetrically inserted on both sides to the downstream. The single sheet pile construction method combined with the screen method is used for piling. First, drive the sheet piles into the soil one by one. In order to prevent tilting, after a pile is driven in, it is welded firmly with the previous one, which prevents tilting and prevents the piles driven later from being brought into the soil. Insert 10-20 sheet piles into the soil to a certain depth, make the pile machine hammer back and forth, and drive the piles at both ends to the required depth first, and then drive the sheet piles in the middle part in order, so as to prevent the inclination of the sheet piles and turn.
